When a person suffers a physical or emotional trauma, a part of their soul flees to survive what has happened. This can also be seen as dissociation and is actually the way we survive a trauma. The soul part leaves as a protective way to lessen the pain experienced due to the trauma. Unfortunately, in most cases, the soul part that leaves does not return on its own. Symptoms of soul loss include depression, addictive behaviors, lack of physical or emotional energy, feeling stuck, feeling lost, suicidal tendencies, PTSD, chronic grief, immune system deficiencies, and relationship problems. The parts of lost soul piece(s) can be retrieved by helping you to enter an altered state of consciousness. This is accomplished by walking you through a guided meditation and then connecting you with Reiki energy symbols to communicate with and guide the scattered energies back into your auric field.
